Terms & Conditions – Genesis 2025

Welcome to Genesis 2025, the interschool cultural fest hosted by Asan Memorial Senior Secondary School. By registering and participating, all schools and participants agree to the following terms:

General Terms

  1. Registration is open only to recognized schools and must be done through the official Google Form.

  2. Only one entry per school is allowed. Duplicate registrations will be disqualified.

  3. All information submitted must be accurate and final. No modifications will be entertained after submission.

  4. The organizers reserve the right to reject any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, or submitted after the deadline.

Participation Rules

  1. Participants must carry valid school ID cards on the day of the event.

  2. Team composition and individual participation must follow the rules stated under each event.

  3. Schools are responsible for maintaining discipline and decorum throughout the event.

  4. Misbehavior, use of foul language, or damage to property may result in immediate disqualification.

Media & Consent

  1. By participating, all students and coordinators agree to be photographed or filmed during the event.

  2. The school may use these visuals for promotional purposes, both online and offline.

Changes & Cancellation

  1. The organizing committee reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Participants will be informed of any such changes in advance through email or WhatsApp.

Liability Disclaimer

  1. The host school is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or accidents during the event.

  2. All schools are expected to arrange their own transport and safety measures for students.

By submitting the registration form, your school agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
